I got back from Salt Lake City today. Good times! SLC is an interesting place – deceptively quaint, with awesome shopping and great eats. If you are a sushi fanatic (as I am) go to The Happy Sumo in the Gateway Shopping Mall. Outstanding!! Some of the best fried calamari and sushi I’ve ever had.
