A couple of weekends ago, I was honored to be on Kate Chaplin’s set for the shooting of a music video for Shilo’s catchy tune, “Dodgin’ a Ford in my Chevrolet”. I shot the stills and then a few promotional images for band. It was crazy hot, but there was no complaining to be heard. That’s one thing that I love about the Indy film industry – everyone works hard and pulls together. And they all know how to have a good laugh – rain or shine, it’s never boring.
Big thanks to Jaimie Rae of Tantrum for providing clothing for the band and making them look way cool!
This is the backdrop for a part of the video.
Jaimie and the guys sort through clothes in the shade of the tour bus.
Jaimie brought a rack full of clothes – super nice duds!
Crew setting up.
Kate (the director) checking out her monitor to see what the shot will look like.
Chuck the sound guy, standing in for one of the band members to help with lighting set up. Bryan, the lead singer in the background.
